Mommy Daughter Date Time!

With Jaxon entering into our lives, we didn't want Zoë to feel left out or like she losing her precious mommy and me time. So, I found a cute little Lunar Festival event being held over at the Bower's Museum in Santa Ana.

We got there and I was all bout cute pictures of the Zoesters. This was the first one we took over by the entrance of the festival.

After perusing the entrance area, we decided to head to one of the first DIY tables. This one was to make a little oragami Baby Yoda!

And then Zoë got really excited to get her face painted.

We stopped by an art station after. The station was to design our very own Cherry Blossom tree where they had different shades of pink tissue paper to use for the Cherry Blossoms.

Here's Zoë hard at work.
And here's her finished product.

None of the shows have started yet, so we just walked around and checked out the art and sculptures they had.

Zoë then saw another fun art station. So she plopped down and started to color.

Once she was done coloring. We went to take a look at the other side of the Museum and Mommy found a ton of awesome picturesque spots.

And now showtime! We hung out and watched a girl group of drummers.

And then, it was time to go home.. but not before a few last minute photos.

Zoë's First Broadway Show!

Today I take the baby girl to see Anastasia! Which is also her very first Broadway show and we're both pretty excited.

It's over at the Segerstrom in Costa Mesa. Jeric dropped us off and hung around Costa Mesa until we were done. He dropped us off right in the front and I got this cute pic of baby girl.

And since we got there pretty early, we hung around and I took more cute pics of her. Oh, and her baby croc. Haha.

Here's one with mommy!

One of Zoë in front of an Anastasia banner.

And a few pics from our seats, which were pretty darn good!

As for the show, I loved it. Can't say the same for Zoë. Lol. She was soooo bored and was over it after only a few scenes. Lol. I convinced her to keep watching though, but once intermission hit, she was done and there was no way to get her back in there. Hahaha. So we called Jeric and he came to pick us up. I was bummed, but what can I do? Baby girl was over it. At least I got to hear "Journey to the Past".

Another Mommy Zoë Disney Date

With Daddy out of town, me and Zoë decided to hit Disneyland two days in a row! Plus, it's May the 4th be with you. Which is also why our first stop was Tomorrowland. I wanted to see if they were doing anything special for today.

I didn't notice any Storm Troopers walking around, but we did see that Captain Phasma was over at the Tomorrowland Terrace.

He was picking people out of the crowd that gathered so that he can interrogate them. Lol. You do get to take a photo with him afterwards. I tried to get Zoë to stand up in front so she can get picked, but she was scared. Hahaha. She didn't wanna do it and wanted to leave.

I decided to take her to the Fantasy Faire area to lighten up her mood. We watched the Beauty and the Beast show there and then Zoë got to meet Belle afterwards. She was much happier after that!

I asked her what else she wanted to do. Since the parade was about to start and she heard the announcement, she asked to watch it. She was also hungry and I had bought McDonald's for us. So, we plopped down at any empty spot along the parade route and ate while we waited for the parade to start.

Then, we both enjoyed the parade. When Ariel came out, Zoë was so eager to show her mermaid doll. So cute!

And of course, she was excited to wave out all the rest of the princesses.

After the parade, we headed over to grab ice cream to cool us off on this hot day. I let Zoë pick the flavor and she decided on chocolate with sprinkles. Yum!

And to end the day, a fun ride on King Arthur's Carousel.

Mommy and Zoë's Disney Date

Me and the baby girl enjoy a fun day at Disneyland together. We were both hungry so we went to grab food. I wanted a sit-down restaurant that has Mac 'n Cheese so I chose River Bell Terrace. I got Zoë a Mac 'n Cheese meal and then wasn't sure what to get for myself. I asked the waitress and she suggested I order the Citrus Herb-crusted Cornish Game Hen, so I ordered that.

The Cornish Hen was aite. It was a tad on the dryer side. As for rides. We went on the Jungle Cruise, which Zoë hasn't ridden for quite a while.

Zoë loved it!

And then, we enjoyed the Tiki Room. Zoë totally loved it too. So much that we watched it twice!

And to end the night, we hopped on a caterpillar over at Alice in Wonderland.

Day Off with Zoë

Had a day off today. So me and Zoë went on a lunch date at good ol' McDonalds! Hahaha.

We stopped by my work place too, to pick something up. Plus, a lot of my co-workers wanted to meet the baby.

And then we spent the rest of the day hanging out together at home.

Another Mommy Baby Date at the Spectrum

It was really nice and sunny when I picked up Zoë today. And since I had to return something at Nordstrom's, I thought we'd hit up the Spectrum after getting Zoë from my brother's house.

When we got there, Zoë had some fun twirling around in front of the water fountain.

After our quick stop at Nordstroms for the return, we checked out the Hello Kitty Café because there was absolutely no one there. Even the store clerk said it was unnatural. But, hey, worked out best for us!

Zoë admired the window view of donut making first.

She also did a little shopping.

And finally scoped out the desserts!

We had a fun, girly mommy and me date!
