Girlies with Babies Staycation

The boys went out to Vegas for the weekend for Christian's birthday so the girls got together for a little staycation of our own. We stayed at the Hyatt in Newport Beach with the kiddos and hung out at the pool.

Meanwhile, us girls enjoyed some Frosé and pool time with the kiddos.



After pool time, we took the kiddos to the splash zone.


That's where Zoë went water bazooka fun.

We then relaxed in our cabana. The kiddos played with Zoë's play doh sand and ate some snacks while us girlies read books.

After a funfilled day at the pool, we headed back to the hotel so we can all shower before dinner time. That's when Zoë got her birthday present!

They were sandwich pieces made of felt that she shared with Dustin!

We finally headed out for dinner. We went to hit up Fashion Island and ended up at HopDoddy. Of course, while waiting in line Zoë was going a bit stir crazy. Turns out she was just really tired. By the time I orderd our food at the register, I felt her twitch on my shoulder. That meant baby girl was knocked out. Boy was I right.

Bummer, baby girl isn't going to have dinner. At least that's what I thought. I tried to get her comfortable so I can enjoy my food, but she ended up waking up. At least she gets to eat and she wasn't in a bad mood. I got her a grilled cheese burger and fries and then ordered me the Primetime burger, which was American Grass Fed Kobe Beef, Brie, Arugula, Caramelized Onions, Truffle Aioli, HD1 Steak Sauce, Tomato.

And that was our day!

The next morning, we did have free buffet for brunch, which also came with Mimosas!

The buffet was prety damn good and had awesome selections for the kiddos!

And finally, we home and ending our trip with some bubble fun for the kiddos.

Last Hoorah in Palm Springs

It's our last morning in Palm Springs and we're heading out for brunch before heading home.

We went to this super chic spot located within Parker Palm Springs, Normaa's. The decor in Parker Palm Springs was super cute.

Here's a cute lounge room that had sections all themed differently, but still meshing together well.

The lounging area had this awesome spot highlighting DRUGS. Lol.

Brunch was delicious, but of course, no pics! Hahaha. Afterwards, we totally had this bar all to ourselves!

Also, couldn't resist these cute animals that were hanging around the area.

And vacay is officially over. But that's okay. I miss my baby girl and the hubby!

Palm Springs Day 2

So, I totally woke up freaking early this morning! Like 8 am early. Hahaha. It was mostly because my body wanted to rid itself of all the alky lovin toxins. Hahaha. No yaking though.

Anyhow, after everyone finally got their butts up, it was brunch time! We were looking up spots all morning and thought that this one spot within the resort would be perf.

Of course when we get there, we see that they're closed! Oh well, check out the cute outdoor spot for chillin.

We did end up over at another brunch spot downstairs though and the food was pretty decent.

After brunch, we totally had to hit Bevmo because we pretty much killed 2 bottles last night. Half of us stayed behind though and it ended up being me, Liz and Enrique. Enrique totally bought the freaking large bottle! Lol. He was like, we already killed 2 bottles in one night, which was pretty much half the bottle and whatever we don't finish after, we can just take for next time. Which works since some of them were hitting up Vegas next weekend.

Now, time to fill our lovely cups up and take them to the pool!


Now time for dinner! Our last dinner for the weekend.


Dinner was fab! We ate at Morgan's, which was within the resort.

We ordered the Tagliatelle Carbonara, which seems to be everyones fav, the King Salmon, which was paired with creme celery root, radicchio, spinach puree, celery root crips and basil sauce, I believe it was the NY Strip Steak and then a salad, which was super disappointing. Everything was pretty dang delicious though. The drinks were also much more tasty here.

After dinner, it was part-aye time. We all were thinking of a spot to hit up for the night. We ended up hitching a golf cart ride from one of the resort's concierge, who's name was also Enrique. He took us back to our room and also said that the Dringk was a new hot spot. So that's were we ended up. Of course that was waaaay after we pre-partied like crazy in the room. My stomach was not feeling it though. So I forced myself to puke in the bano. Hahaha. I ended up puking again at the bano at the lounge. But I thought I was good to take one more drink when Liz offered. I was babying it though while everyone down theres. And then I saw that it was 1:30 am. Almost time to go. So I downed my shit real fast. BIG MISTAKE! Hahahaha. Everything came right back out real fast and all over the table. Whoopse! Still. Tons of fun!!

Palm Springs Getaway!

Woohoo! Time to get cray! Haha, jk (maybe).

We all left after we got off work. We started off with dranks in the car! Haha. Definitely a way to start the weekend off right.

First stop, dinner! We have dinner res over at Eight4Nine. The place was super fancy chic!

The food was delicious. The dranks though. Super strong! I mean, that's cool though. Worth the money.

After dinner, we headed for the resort, La Quinta Resort. After checking in and getting settled, it was time for a night-cap! More dranks and pool time! Denise bought these super cute pinapple tumblers for the weekend. Perfect for our delicious mixed drinks.

After the pool, half of us stayed up talking for a few hours more and eventually fell asleep around 4 or 5 am.
