I also purchased tickets to the petting zoo, which she's definitely excited for!
This is also our first time visiting since they collabed with Sanrio, which only started last year actually. Haha. Anyhow, the collab is pretty cool. They pretty much just added large wooden cutouts that had the colorful Sanrio characters painted on them for signage and photo ops. You'll see some of these as we make are way around the farm.
When we walked in, we ready to go straight to the petting zoo, but some nice lady was on her way out and actually gave us their stickers for the wagon ride. I didn't think it would be fun, which is why I didn't purchase them from the start. But, for free? Why not!
So that ended up our first stop!
We got a nice close up view of the farmlands as well as the pumpkin patch.
We also got a close-up view of people launching mini pumpkins way up into the air. We had vid of it, but that vid is far too long!
You can also view it over at Zoe's Playhouse YouTube Channel.
And finally, time for the petting zoo! Zoë's first and only animal she tried to pet... haha, the sheep on the petting zoo billboard.
Sadly though. She got very scared when we got in. She didn't take it well when the older goats came at her. Hahaha. If you watch the video above, you'll se how scared poor baby was. You can tell she was extremely terrified and I had to carry her. After that, she wouldn't go down at all. Either me or Dada had to carry her.
She only partially warmed up to the baby goats, but even then, she didn't want to let go of Daddy. Totally get it though. Adult goats were super aggressive! One even started chewing my backpack! They just wanted food. Hahaha.
Here's a few shots of the big goats.
Next was the Chicken Coop, which also had baby calves and hens in a separate area. Here's the two cute baby calves taking their afternoon nap.
Zoë didn't want to go down here either because there was a big chicken running around. Hahaha. Poor thing was traumatized. This is that big chicken.
He was pretty daring too. He flew up to the top of the gate and then flew over. I mean, there are two gates to keep animals from wandering out, but since he flew up, he could definitely easily have flew out if someone opened the last gate.
In the calf and hen area, I saw the cutest fuzzy hens! Here's the black one. The white one hid somewhere when I got a good chance for photos.
I'm assuming these are hens or little chickens since they were kept separate.
This one's most def a hen. Probably sitting on a buncha eggs.
When we finally went out. Zoë was still interested in the animals. But she didn't want to go inside. So we just walked around the perimeter when this baby goat spotted Zoë and was trying to coax her into coming close. Such a cute little baby goat!
Here's baby girl in front of the corn stalks. She was wondering where all the corn was. Hahahaha. I told her they were probably picked already.
Just some other cute photos of baby girl and us around the farm.
In front of the cute Hello Kitty statue.
Zoë wearing her Sanrio hat and also in front of the height measuring board.
Now time for the actual pumpkin patch!
Zoë was excited to sit on this huge pumpkin!
Cheesin with the bordered photo board.
More pumpkin photos!
Baby girl did have an awesome time! Too bad it was extremely hot. Hahaha. Mommy and Daddy were over the heat. Otherwise we would've stayed a bit longer.
