Date Night - Avengers: End Game

We've been wanting to watch Avengers: End Game the moment it came out so we avoid seeing any spoilers. The fam said they'd watch Zoë tonight, so me and Jeric had a date night!

The movie was a good end to the series and I so totally got teary eyed at the end. *cry*

Sushi Dinner Date

Yum yum! Time for delicious ayce sushi! Zoë actually said no to going out with mommy and daddy. Looks like a dinner date night for us!

And between the two of is, we ordered a shit ton. Hahaha.

Date Night

A day out in LA, meant date night at Botegga Louie!

Daddy and Daughter perused the menu for something good to eat.

Then, while waiting for our delicious meals to make their way over, Zoë and Mommy took turns drawing.

Zoë's dish came out first. Good ol' Mac 'n' Cheese with bacon on the side. We weren't sure if she'd like bacon, since she didn't the few times we've ordered it with Mac 'n' Cheese before. But, she actually liked it! She had fun sprinkling bacon all over too.

Which totally ended up with her almost dumping it all on top.

Yummm!

Jeric ordered himself the Tartufo pizza (Mozzarella, fontina, truffle pecorino, crème fraîche, black truffle mushroom pâté & soft cooked egg).

And I got myself the Trenne (Pan sautéed trenne pasta, braised beef rib, Tuscan black kale, caramelized onions & shaved Parmigiano Reggiano).

We ended up with a strawberry macaron, salted caramel macaron and a beignet.

Movie Date

It's been ages since me and J had a Movie Date! Thanks to Ninongs and Ninang, we finally got to go on one! We've actually been preparing ourselves too.

We wanted to watch the third Avenger's movie, but knew we missed some pretty important movies that would help us understand things more. So, for this whole week, we've watched the 2nd Avengers, Thor 2 & 3, Dr. Strange and Captain America Civil War. Now, we get to watch Avenger's 3!


Meanwhile, baby Zozo was having fun at Disneyland with Ninong Iban, Ninong Mark, and Ninang Liz! Thanks guys!!!!

As for the movie? Was pretty darn awesome! Not bad for the first movie we've seen in the theaters in ages.
