Blaze Pizza for dinner tonight! It's a spot that's like Pieology, but much closer to us. The pizza there is just as delicious too and it seems like the ingredients and sauces are better than the ones at Pieology.
I ordered one with regular red sauce as the base, mozzarella and parmesan as the cheese, pepperoni and Italian sausage for meat, and mushrooms, bell peppers, spinach and cherry tomatoes for veggies. Once it was all cooked, I had them drizzle some balsamic vinegar on top.
Jeric ordered himself a pizza with white sauce as the base, chicken and Italian sausage for meat, cherry tomatoes, red onions, mushroom and cilantro for veggies and then topped it off with drizzled bbq sauce on top.
Zoë's definitely a fan!
