Genio Got Hitched!

My cousin Genio got married today!

The reception was at a quaint little spot in Santa Ana that was gorgeously decorated.

Once everyone arrived and settled in, it was time to announce the entourage and then the newly weds. Once they came through, they went straight over to their sweetheart table and jumped right into their first dance.

Was a great celebration and was really nice to catch up with family that I haven't seen in a good while.

The Silly Flower Girl

I wanted a completely separate post for this because it is so freaking hilarious. Here is how my baby did as
Hahaha. She is so silly! And hey! She didn't cry!

It's Wedding Day!

Started the day out by heading over to Maegan's Air BnB rental so that all the girls can get ready together.

Had to leave Zoë at home with dada, which was definitely the best plan so she can sleep in and also so I'm not chasing after her or worrying about her running all over the place.

After all the girls were ready, it was time for some fun photos. A bunch were taken at the Air BnB and then all the girls met up with the guys over at the Sergerstrom Center for Arts.

The girls' bouquets were absolutely gorgeous!

The mix of spring colors and flowers came together beautifully.

Meanwhile, Dada is with Zoë at the venue and got her all dolled up!

She's such a cutie! Dada doesn't know how to do her hair though. Hahaha.

Rehearsal Time

We headed over to Maegan's wedding venue spot for the Rehearsal. The place is really modern, but totally hidden in the middle of a weird shopping plaza. Definitely not what you'd expect to find there. It was at Three Petals in Huntington Beach.

Zoë loved the place too and had some fun at the fake tall hedges.

Then, it was time to rehearse and, oh my! Zoë was not having it. She wailed and wailed for Mommy. :( I had to carry her while standing up at the front and then it was even harder to get her to walk with the other flower girl and ring and coin bearer. Thankfully, she was convinced to hold the flower girl's hand and made it down the aisle.

I sure hope she doesn't wail during the ceremony tomorrow!

Afterwards, we all headed over to Seafood Cove #2 for dinner.

Made it through rehearsal! Can't wait for Maegan & Glend's big day tomorrow!

Bridesmaid Dress Shopping

Went Bridesmaid Dress shopping with Maegan today! So excited for her big day!

She chose Weddingtonway as the spot where we'll each pick out any long length dress in the color Whisper. Here's some of the dresses I tried on!

This was tons of fun and I found a super cute dress that I wouldn't have thought I'd like by just window shopping.

Geoff & An Get Hitched

Woohoo! Family wedding time! Wedding's are always great to witness. Jeric's in the wedding as one of the groomsmen, so he was actually there already. Me and Zoë hitched a ride with Mom and Dad Samoza so both Mommy and Daddy can enjoy some dranks! When we got to the place, the boys were just pulling up. Perfect timing.

After pictures, we went on inside and got a good look at the place! It was so fancy and chic!

Now time for the wedding.. or so I thought!
Here's the groom, sir Geoff Lauron, walking down the aisle with both grandmothers.

I didn't take too many pictures because I had to keep an eye on Zoë. And then, as the groomsmen and bridesmaids were making their way down the aisle, Jeric walked by and Zoë saw him. And of course, she wanted to go to him! Of all times she asks for Dada. Hahaha. She ended up scream crying! I felt bad and tried desperately to calm her down. Ended up going back inside where the windowed doors blocked out her crying. One of the concierge folks even gave her a lollipop, which totally helped me out. When she was finally calm, the ceremony was pretty much over. Bummer!
