Witto Monkey: bridal shower

We get to celebrate Maegan today at her bridal shower! I even brought Zoë so that she can meet the other flower girls.

I was supposed to get there at around 11:00 am to help them get ready, but ended up arriving a bit after 12:00 pm. Still, there was plenty to do, so I just asked around and helped where I could. I also had Mom Dinky and Auntie Elna with me, which was perf, because Mom Dinky was able to watch Zoë a bit while I helped out. That didn't last too long though. Luckily there were tons of girls and everything was pretty much already being handled. Then, when Liz came, Zoë started whining for milk so Liz came out with me to drive to Starbucks and buy Zoë some milk. And, just my luck. The moment we left was when Maegan arrived. We did get to hug her, but we missed out on her reaction as she walked into her Bridal Shower. Then, while buying Zoë her milk, Mom Dinky called and was like, "Where are you?" Hahaha. That was because they started eating. We were just down the street though, so we made it back quickly and chowed down.

Now.. time for games!

The first game was us guessing answers about the bride! Sadly, I only got 7 right. Womp womp womp.

The second game was, the totally traditional, Toilet Paper Bride! Fun fun! Liz was the model for our group. Woohoo! I didn't even help out. Haha. I just carried Zoë and took some pics. Here's the team at work!

And the last game? Bingo!

There were a bunch of bingo games and we just switched boards before each one, but our table only won once. Oh well! And then, they tried to do Blackout, but we all were like, uhh, I don't think it'll work though because all the words are on every single sheet, just arranged in different order. The game hosts said that it will work though, so we figured, maybe there was like 1 word off or something. But nope! We were right from the get go. Hahahaha. Bingo Fail! It was funny though and we ended up announcing that we're all winners!

Then it was pretty much time to clean up and get ready to go home. While cleaning up, Zoë had finally hung out with the other two flower girls. They're sisters. One is 4 and the other is 1 1/2. Zoë and Riley, the 4 year old, even played together.

As for Zoë and Mackenzie, the 1 1/2 year old, they just had a cute little conversation together.

Celebrating An's engagement today with her bridal shower. The theme is Pineapple, which is a symbol for warmth, welcome, friendship and hospitality. It's also an icon for Charleston, South Carolina, which is where we're heading for he bachelorette party, woot woot!

Anyways, back to the bridal shower. The pineapple theme was super chic! Check out all the chic cuteness.

Can't forget the tp dress game. We had an adorable teeny bride, An's little niece, in our group and we ended up taking the win! Of course, there was really good details in the tp dress and it totally held up where our little bride had no difficulties walking around.
