Free Food!

So, previously, the company has given employees the day off after the Superbowl. Well, since their tightening on spending, they've had quite a bit of layoffs recently. Which means, smaller staff. And we've also taken on a ton of newer business to try and get back on track. You can see where I'm going with this. Tons of work, not enough staff. This basically lead them to cancel the corporate holiday. BU-MMER!

Anyways, our boss, who also didn't want to be here on Monday, felt bad, so he decided to treat his team for lunch. He then sent an email out to all of us to vote on where we should have lunch from. Taco Bell ended up being the front runner.

And here we are. Monday. The day after Superbowl. At work. Not that I cared for the Superbowl too much and nor did I get wasted or whatnot. I was mostly bummed because it would've been a fun day off with Zoë. But, alas, here I am at work and ready to dig into my delicious lunch.

Of course, had to order them fries again...

I wanted to see if there was any way the first time I ordered them it was a fluke, but nope. Still a super disappointment.
