Today, I'm working on arms. Which means, gotta dust off those weights!
I ended up finding this workout online that consisted of 12 moves and was supposed to do each move for 10-12 reps. Of course, me being me, pushed myself and stuck to 12 reps. The workout also said to do 2-3 sets of each move, but I decided to do circuit training instead. So I did all the moves (minus one that I just didn't like and figured wouldn't be much of a loss anyways) one after the other until I reached the end and then took a break. I planned on 3 circuits since it stated to do 2-3 sets, buuuut that totally didn't happen. I was already dying near the end of the first circuit. And then during the second circuit, it got worse. I dropped from 12 reps to 8 and then totally didn't finish all of the moves! Hahaha. Whatevs. I'll work at it!
