Din Din w/ Kristen

Kristen and Ivan have come back from their super hot trip out in LV and she'll be leaving us tomorrow so we decided we should go out for dinner. The original plan was Thai BBQ, but then they found that it was closed. Yup, Thai BBQ out in Fullerton is closed folks. Apparently they were late on rent. Hopefully that means they'll be back though, because that's a pretty decent spot for Thai BBQ. Plus J's fam really loves that spot.

Anyways, a bunch of alternative dinner ideas were tossed around, but we eventually all settled on this pho spot nearby, Pho Place. Kristen wasn't feeling well, so the pho spot was just what she needed. Funny thing is I completely forgot about this place. We went here before with the Samoza fam. But I was like, where is it again? And it's literally down the street. I didn't remember that we've been here before until we actually pulled up. LMAO! Yes, don't ask me to recall something because my memory is total sludge.

Mom Samoza ordered a bunch of spring rolls for the table and Zoë was pretty quick to grab one for herself!

Everyone else pretty much ordered either meat and rice dishes or bowls of yummy pho. I saw this one order, but, like always, I didn't read thoroughly. I thought it was going to be egg rolls on top of a bowl of soup. But nope. It's egg rolls on top of dry noodles! Pwahahahaha!

Luckily, the ones that ordered a meat and rice dish got small bowls of soup to go along with it and they gave me theirs! So, I poured them over my dry noodles and munched on! Hahaha.
