The area that's to the right of our bed had her crib that we never used. We actually decided to keep it up mostly because one of the hex screws was totally striped. Luckily Home Depot came to the rescue and gave us a solution and we were able to take it down. Which I'm super glad for because we were thinking of having Zoë sleep there somehow, but that never happened since it's just easier to sleep with her in our bed. Which meant, we just tossed a lot of our crap on there instead. It just kept piling up and looking so ugh! Total OCD nightmare!! I don't know if you can really get a good picture of how it used to look, but hopefully you get the picture from these, well, pictures. Lol.
Just look at that crazy mess in the back. Ugh.
Well, here's the After!
Totally loving it! And all her books are now at her fingertips. I also worked on clearing the left side of the room. We had a few boxes of DVD's that I ended up putting in the cube shelf too. Then J moved the rest of the boxes that we didn't need over to storage and we moved the rocking chair to Zoë's corner. Here's her corner all finished up!
The other side of the room was really nice too! Didn't take a picture of it, but just imagine the whole area pretty much empty! The only thing we left there was her basketball court.
