Annnnnd... Another Mommy Zoë Disney Date

Since Zoë and I were already up and dressed because of my interview, I thought I'd make the most of our day and go straight to Disneyland. I already actually prepared for this. I had a change of clothes in the car as well as the essentials needed for Zoë in a back pack.

I've been really loving all the beautiful flowers blooming around Disneyland! It definitely is spring time. These blue, purple and lilac Delphiniums are one of my favorites!

Finally, the Rapunzel tower is empty! I've been wanting to have a picture with Zoë here for quite some time. She looks a bit of a grumpus in this one though. Hahaha.

Meanwhile, the Beauty and the Beast show over at the Royal Theater is about to start, so we hop on into the line.

I'm not sure if any of you had a chance to watch one of these shows, but they're actually pretty enjoyable. They have adult humor in them as well as great theatrics for the kiddos. Zoë really enjoyed the show! She even stood up because she wanted to see over the bigger kids. And she made a few friends that scooted over to give her space between them. It was really cute!

One of our gazillion castle pics. Yes, I know, we take a lot. Hahaha.

While walking around Fantasyland we spotted Hook, but he was in quite a hurry so I had to take a quick selfie with him. Zoë was busy admiring his hook. Hahaha.

We were making our way over to It's a Small World since we have a return time that was coming up soon. I wanted to grab a seat nearby and eat some food beforehand. Especially since I haven't eaten yet.

While walking over there I noticed Hook was making his way back around this area. We were actually just admiring him and I was like, "Look Zoë! It's Captain Hook again." I guess he heard me because he turned around and saw us. And then he asked for Zoë's hand. She kinda just stood there in a daze, so then he reached out and grabbed her hand and proceeded to take her with him. Yup! Captain Hook was kidnapping Zoë. Probably wanted to take her to Neverland where she could be a cute little Lost Girl.

In the fourth picture, I think this is where Zoë finally realizes what's happening. And in the last picture, she reaches out to me. That was right before she began to wail for her Mommy! Hahaha. Poor thing. I picked her up immediately and Hook even gave her head a little pat before he was off.

Hahahaha, it was really cute! Definitely one of the most memorable character experiences we've ever had.

Now, time for lunch! I had me a Poké Bowl, which J bought for me when we met up on his lunch break after my interview. Since Zoë had already eaten before we left to come here, I decided to get her a yummy snack while I devoured my lunch. I bought her a cream cheese pretzel from one of the carts nearby.

She looked like she was really enjoying her pretzel, which I'm glad for because I couldn't share my Poké Bowl with her. Looks like she was also nice and relaxed, just sitting and enjoying the view on this beautiful day.

And here's my glorious Poké Bowl, which I unfortunately couldn't share with Zoë.

Unfortunately, Zoë ended up dropping her pretzel on the floor. Womp, womp, womp. I bagged it up though and stuffed it in the backpack.

And now we ride!

Since didn't get to enjoy much of her pretzel, I knew she'd be hungry by now so we went to grab her a todder mac n' cheese meal. I found the perfect seat too. Over by the Ragtime Piano!. It was shady with a light breeze and entertainment from the wonderful pianist.

It was really nice to just sit here and chill. I think we seriously sat there for over an hour. I was down for more chilling so after finished her lunch, we opted for a change in scenery. We headed down to the other end of Main St. and just sat down on a bench.

Then, I spotted Mickey Mouse and we were on the move again! Zoë's big smile is just too cute here.

Pluto was also around. He was up stairs near the train entrance.

I wanted to ride another ride, so I put us down for a line return for Peter Pan. By then J was already off work, but he was heading over to the gym with Iban. Good thing I told him about the dropped pretzel though because he told me that they'd replace it if I took it over to them. And they did! Zoë gets to enjoy her pretzel after all!

On our way out. I wanted a picture with the super pretty pink blossoming trees! The pink was just so rich and bright!
