Superbowl Sunday

It's Superbowl Sunday! Not that it means much to me. I still have yet to get myself a team and watch religiously. Which probably will never happen. This mama ain't got time for that!

The morning started off with us hanging out with the Zunigas and Evans to watch Preston's basketball game. It was pretty dang awesome watching his game. Definitely a huge step-up from previous leagues. It's like a real basketball game! They keep score, the ref's make real calls, like traveling, double dribbling, and fouls, and the teams run real plays. I even saw a few screens! Really nice!

After the game, we were all hungry so we decided to hit up McDonalds and Zoë got her first ever Happy Meal!

When we got home, I saw a bunch of dead dandelions, so I gave them to the baby girl to blow. I loved these when I was a kid, so I know she totally will too.

Now it was time to head to Geoff an An's for their Superbowl Party. Originally, we were supposed to go over to Alex & Gen's, but Penny is sick with RSV. If it was just the common cold, we totally would've gone. RSV just sounds like it would make Zoë completely miserable if she got it and then we'd feel like horrible parents knowing that we could've prevented it.

So, we went with plan b.. Superbowl Party at Geoff & An's instead.

At least baby Zoë got to hang out with her cousin, Dustin! Did I say hang out? Because I meant chew his face. Lol.

Anyhow, what a game, eh? Thought the Pats were gonna get obliterated, but instead, they brought it to OT and ended up winning it! And how bout that half time show? I thought it was aite. Lady Gaga put on a good show, but what? No cameos? And really? Jumping off the stage to catch the football at the end? Yah, that was weird. The gazillions of drones in the air was pretty coo though!
