Scrambled Egg In a Mug

I've wanted to test out another mug meal for work after my mac n cheese one went well. Since I need a good hearty and healthy breakfast, I decided to try out scrambled eggs in a mug.

All you need is a decent sized, microwave safe mug, an egg and seasoning and/or cheese. I did mine with cheese and cayenne pepper (not pictured).

You beat the egg and then stick it in the microwave for about a minute to a minute and a half, then pull it out, stir it around a bit and microwave for another thirty seconds.

Here's what you end up with.

Thank you chop up your cheese, add it in and nuke it for another ten or so seconds.

And here's the end product.

Not bad, right?

New Cute Stationary

I hit-up Daiso yesterday for a new notebook and came home with that and a few other cute things.

From left to right: Popsicle Cord Cover, Bear Stickers, Small Square Note Sheets, Washi Tape, Multi-Colored Pen w/ Lead Pencil, Pink Notebook and a Cat Case to put everything in. I thought my notebook would fit along with it, but nope, it couldn't even fit on it's own.

I also made myself Mac N Cheese in a mug at work today. Despite having the water overflow 3 times in the microwave, it cooked! And it was so yummy!

Halfway through the day, Janessa, brought us all iced coffee from 7 Leaves. Definitely needed some of that good stuff!
