Foggy Morning

Woke up to a bit of fog this morning. Made for an interesting drive to work at least.

Guess it also means we're finally gonna get some good fall/winter weather going!

Mornings with Zoë

Another morning where Zoë was up when I asked and walked to the car on her own! She's handling this morning walk to the car rather well!

Of course, once she hits that car seat, it's snooze city! Hahaha.

Mornings With Zoë

Some mornings are rough with Zoë because she refuses to wake up, but today, she was wide awake and ready to go!

She picked her own outfit and wanted to wear her slides with it and of course, couldn't forget her Unicorn sequin bag.

Happy Birthday!!!

Starting off Zoë's birthday with blind box toys!

We got her a bunch of those Disney Adoorables figurines so that we can use them as cake toppers. Since they weren't really a gift and we needed them opened for when we put them on the cake, we had Zoë open them all.

Definitely one of the best morning wake-ups she's ever had. Just look at that smile.

We asked her which one she wanted and she said the White Rabbit.

We went through all of them and there were 2 big box packs, which can come with 5, 6, or 7 characters. The first pack had 5 and the second had 7. So there should've been 12 total. When we reached the end though, no White Rabbit. Poor baby.

But then, I totally counted them and only had 11. We were missing 1. I thought maybe one fell or something, but nothing was found. And then, I saw one of the little "doors" that haven't been opened.

And holy moly! It was meant to be. She got the White Rabbit!!! Seriously crazy how that all happened without us planning any of it. I mean, there's no way we could because we didn't know who was in each package ourselves.

Unhappy Morning

A bit of an unhappy morning today. Witto Zoë was just not having it. Luckily on the way to dropping her off, she fell asleep.

Early Mornin Riser

For the first time ever, Zoë is awake in the morning! She watched YouTube while I got ready and was really perky by the time we were ready to go. Since she was wide awake, I asked her if she wanted to walk to the car and she said yes! So I got her outfit on and had her wear some shoes. On the way out of our room, she picked up her baby and Peppa Pig's Teddy Bear and wanted to carry it with her! Look how cute!

Enjoying the Rain

I love the rain, more so when I get to enjoy it from the comfort of my own bed. I actually got up a bit earlier while Zoë was still dreaming away and well before the rain started to really fall so I made myself a delicious bowl of soup, some peppermint hot cocoa and a small bowl of apricots. What a perfect meal to scarf down while the rain begins to fall.

Zoë woke up just in time to enjoy it all with me too!

After we were done eating and sipping our hot cocoa, we just sat and enjoyed the rain.

Definitely a perfect morning!
