We caramalized the apples first.
Then sliced up some banans and tossing them with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Once the fillings are ready to go, Zoƫ worked on kneeding and rolling out the dough. And then cut out some circles.
Then I helped her out with spooning the filling into each circle.
We folded them up in half and tried both pinching and forking to seal them shut and layered them all on the cookie sheet.
After adding an egg wash, we tossed them into the oven and tada!!
Time for yummy empandas!
And now to store them for tomorrow's breakfast.
