We decided on Ra Sushi out here in Tustin. I didn't want to order a huge thing and, of course, wanted something healthy.
I ended up ordering their Chirashi Poke, which is tuna, salmon, yellowtail and shrimp with cucumber, avocado and green onion in poke sauce, topped with seaweed salad and sesame seeds. It comes with rice, but I ended up substituting that for a salad instead.
It was super delish, but dang, I wish I had double the servings of fish.
