Meal Prepping

A bit of meal prepping this week! I decided to juice for a few weeks, so I went to buy veggies and fruits along with mason jars.

I packed all the jars with my kale/spring mix of greens and two fruits. One was strawberry, banana and the other was blueberry peach.


These bad boys were all ready. I just needed to blend them and freeze for the week! Of course, I totally bought the wrong mason jars. The mouth on these doesn't fit the standard blender blade caps. BUM-MER!

I ended up blending in the blender instead of directly into the jar.

And verdict? Strawberry, banana is a good mix, but blueberry peach? Not so much.
