Pee'ing In the Toilet

Ninong Marky and Ninang Liz got Zoë a baby toilet for Christmas and Zoë certainly knows what it's for. She keeps saying that she go poopoo and peepee in there. Jeric finally put it all together yesterday and Zoë sat on it wanting to go poopoo. She didn't go though. She just sat there reading a book. Eventually, she got bored of trying and was done.

Well, today, when we got home, Zoë asked me, "Mama, I go peepee ina toilet." I didn't think she would, but entertained her request anyways. Got the toilet down and was going to help her get ready. But little Miss Big Girl wanted to take her pants off by herself too. She's growing so fast! *cry* Anyhow, got her on the toilet and she sat there. I honestly thought it would be just like yesterday. She even wanted a few books to read while on the toilet. Which is hilarious, because where in the world did she pick that up from? So I went to grab a few books, walked back and that's when I heard it. The joyful sounds of dripping splashes hit the toilet pan! She peed! Hooray! I congratulated her like crazy and she was SO HAPPY! I wish I had time to capture it all on video for Dada, but there was just no warning sign and I wasn't prepared since I thought it wouldn't happen.
