Free Bdubbs!

About a week or so ago, we ate at Buffalo Wild Wings and the service was the absolute worst we'd ever had our entire lives. Ok, maybe that's a little exaggerated, but it was horrible. Normally, once you're seated, your waitress comes and starts you off with waters. It seriously took over thirty minutes before we were even greeted by anyone. It was getting really annoying as we watched every table after us have a waitress greet them immediately. Then, when were finally greeted and given our glasses of water, we ordered straight away. After getting our food, that was practically the last time we saw our waitress. She forgot napkins and forks. Took forever to get them from another waitress. Never even got a single refill on our water. Then, when we were so ready to go home so we can get Zoë to bed, it took mad forever to get boxes and the check! We even finally saw our waitress, but it wasn't because she was actually doing her job. We saw her chatting away and laughing with another employee! This went on and on for more than 20 minutes. I was getting so annoyed. J had a better idea though. Instead of getting angry with me, he took his phone out and recorded her. Then on the way out, we asked for the manager and explained our grievances. I wasn't gonna let it slide. There's just no way I could do that after wasting over an hour of our precious time. Funny thing too, as I was speaking with the manager, J was paying and the waitress was totally like, "Instead of recording me, how about just go to the website and file a complaint." Well, if you'd do your job, we wouldn't record you. Plus, doesn't she realize we just wanted it as proof to show her manager.

Anyways the manager was really nice about it. He felt bad for us and said to come by another time and ask for him. Well, today, we went over and asked for him. He remembered us and gave us a free appetizer! He recommended their new one, the southwest platter. It came with three tacos, nachos and quesadillas!

Definitely was super delicious! We were super thankful for the free platter with our dinner.
