Zoë's 18 Month Visit

I can't believe she's already a year and half! She's quite tiny still though, haha. Her weight is in the 1 percentile and her height is in the 40 percentile. Even though her weight is really low, the Dr. isn't worried since her height is still way up there and not dropping at all. Guess my baby girl's got really good metabolism like her mommy. I'm sure she'll be taller than me though. Hmmm, tall and skinny, eh?

Anyhow, the Zoester looks a little apprehensive about today's visit. This is the closest I got to a smile from her.

She did warm up a bit, but instead of a smile, she decided to decorate the mirror with her laway.

I totally thought this was a regular well visit check-up and no shots were going to be administered, but I was so wrong. Ugh.

She ended up having to have 1 shot (hep B). And they also gave her fluoride and told me that she can't have any food or drink for an hour. Great! That means I can't calm my baby down with mommy's milk after her shot. *cry*

She wailed so bad too, but funny, she didn't ask for milk and ended up calming down with me just carrying her.

Poor baby.

At least we're going to take her to Disneyland today. She certainly needs some fun after today's visit!
