This one's super delicious, avocado toast!

Just toast up a slice of bread, mash up a ripe avocado, add some lime and pepper, spread it onto the sliced toast and sprinkle parsley over it. Then, poach an egg, drop it on top, slice and enjoy!

We had some sourdough bread slices and avocados around the house, so Jeric thought we should make Avocado Toast!
