Definitely not what you'd expect from a cheesecake. It's more like if a fluffy sponge cake and a cheesecake had a baby, you'd get Japanese cheesecakes. It was super delicious though! Thanks Liz!

Japanese Cheesecake
Been wanting to try out Uncle Testsu's Japanese cheesecake every since Jeric sent me a link to it. Since Liz brought some home for the family, I finally got to try it!
Definitely not what you'd expect from a cheesecake. It's more like if a fluffy sponge cake and a cheesecake had a baby, you'd get Japanese cheesecakes. It was super delicious though! Thanks Liz!
