Trying to get our healthy eats game on so I went to good ol' Costco! Got us some romaine lettuce, their roasted chicken and some Asian Sesame dressing.
I totally had to debone the entire chicken, which took a good while, but my efforts were worth it. Look at all this meat.
Just chop up the romaine lettuce like so...
...add a few pieces of chicken and then top it off with dressing. Delish!
